Recipe: Vegetable Stir-Fry

If you're serving the stir-fry with rice or noodles, (ugotuj) them according to package instructions. (Odsącz and set aside.

(Posiekaj) the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces and (pokrój w plasterki) the tofu.

(Podgrzej) the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

(Dodaj) the tofu cubes to the hot skillet and (smaż) until they turn golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set it aside.

In the same skillet, (dodaj) more oil if needed. (dodaj) the minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

(Dodaj) the chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and the cornstarch-water mixture until well combined. (Wlej) this sauce into the skillet with the vegetables.

(Gotuj) , (mieszaj) constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables (about 2-3 minutes).

Return the fried tofu cubes to the skillet, tossing them with the vegetables and sauce. (Gotuj) for an additional 2 minutes to heat the tofu through.

(Serwuj) the vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
