To my surprise, word spread quickly and I found myself flooded with job offers. I started mowing lawns for a few neighbours and helping busy families with their shopping. Even it felt overwhelming at times, I enjoyed the satisfaction of earning my own money and staying productive during the summer. The experience not only taught me valuable skills, but also helped me gain confidence in my abilities.
